This feature enables field workers to collect data for this layer only if certain condition is fulfilled. For example, there are observation points where you want to gather information about birds. To prevent collecting data in the wrong place, the Birds form will appear only if these observation points are on agricultural land or in the forest. The form of birds will not appear if the worker assigns land use type with the value urban area or industrial area.
